mongkol.io uses AI to generate Thai-inspired auspicious guidance based on information you provide. This policy explains how the data is used.
How we use information
- To create a prompt and send it to an AI provider for generating a response
- To display the reading in your current session
- To prevent excessive AI usage with an anonymous tracking cookie
- To check for bot/spam activity before AI requests using Cloudflare Turnstile
- To understand overall website usage through analytics
Data storage
- Guests can continue using the service without saving form details to a profile
- Members may choose to save names, birth details, birth place, and preferences in Supabase so future forms can be prefilled
- When daily email is enabled, we retain consent, delivery settings, the generated reading, and its private image to prevent duplicates and audit delivery
- The information you submit is sent to an AI provider to generate the result
- We do not sell personal data
Accounts, providers, and your choices
- Email/password accounts and Google Login are handled by Supabase Auth; mongkol.io never sees plain-text passwords
- We use Supabase for accounts and data, an AI provider for readings, and Hostinger SMTP for email delivery
- Daily tarot email is opt-in and can be disabled from any email or your Account page
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account and data at info@mongkol.io
Please avoid sensitive data
- Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information such as ID numbers, passwords, account details, or detailed health information
- Results are belief-based interpretations for entertainment. Please use your judgment
